SD Eibar are fifth in the table after 16 games, of which they have won eight and drawn three, earning 27 points.

Levante UD are three places behind the hosts in eighth, with six wins and six draws putting them on 24 points.

In Juan Carlos Arana Gómez, Eibar have one of the league's most on-form strikers so far this season. He has notched seven goals in 14 appearances, to sit fifth in the scoring charts.

His goal rate of one every 96 minutes is much quicker than that of Mohamed Bouldini, the away team's top scorer with a goal every 233 minutes, and a total of five goals in 15 games.

In the last five years, Eibar and Levante have played each other on eight occasions. Eibar won one of them, Levante two, and they drew five times.

On average, SD Eibar scored 1.4 goals and Levante UD 1.2 in those matches.

Their last meeting was on April 9, when they played out a 1-1 draw.

Eibar's last match was on Sunday, a 2-1 loss against Real Oviedo, with Jon Bautista Orgilles getting the goal for SD Eibar.
