Championship | The MKM Stadium
Tuesday, 28 November 2023 @ 7.45pm

Hull City are heavy favourites to keep all three points at home in Tuesday's late kick-off against Rotherham United.

The Tigers, who sit eighth in the Championship with 17 games played, are priced at 1.4 to seal victory at the MKM Stadium.

Sitting 14 places and 15 points behind them in the table, Rotherham are 8.0 to win with *Betting Company*, while the draw is at 4.2.

With 16 goals in 17 games so far this season, Rotherham are scoring at below the league average rate with 0.9 goals per game. And they are conceding more than average, letting in 33 goals at a rate of 1.9 per game.

Hull, meanwhile, are average scorers, with 1.4 goals per game. They have conceded 1.2 goals per game.

City are in mixed form in the Championship, with three wins and a draw from their last six games.

With a win and three draws over that period, United's form is worse – they have taken six points from 18, compared to the Tigers' 10.

In the last five years, Hull and Rotherham have played each other on four occasions. Hull won two of them and they drew twice.

On average, the Tigers scored 2.2 goals and the Millers 1.5 in those matches.

Their last meeting was on April 1, when they played out a 0-0 draw.

Hull's last match was on Saturday, a 2-2 draw against Swansea City, with Jaden Philogene and Tyler Morton getting the goals for the Tigers.

Rotherham drew 1-1 with Leeds United last time out, on Friday, with Hakeem Odofin on the scoresheet.

Tuesday's match will be refereed by Rebecca Welch, who has taken charge of three Championship games so far this season, issuing no red cards and booking 16 players. He has not awarded any penalties.

He is yet to oversee a match featuring either Hull or Rotherham this season.
